Tai Chi Chuan


(Supreme Ultimate Boxing), a super Martial Art that develops a strong, supple,  and relaxed exponent. The system develops the core muscle groups, promotes relaxed and focused use of energy to generate fast, flowing yet powerful technique. Tai Chi Chuan contains every fighting element and application. These include, striking, kicking, blocking, sticking, boxing, grappling and joint manipulation. The system also contains a weapons syllabus including sabre, sword, spear, pole. To master Tai Chi is to master yourself. The key to it's success lies in dedicated practice to achieve a focused mind, leading flowing energy into the systems technical applications. Its form develops the practitioner slowly, significantly reducing the chance of sustaining injury. As well as the empty hands and weapons forms, the system has partner drills and exercises known as pushing hands. The 13 primary postures, 8 hand techniques and 5 stepping techniques are said to contain the major information of the system, learn these and you can become a proficient practitioner.
